And why do they want to move there? Is it the freedom of getting out from under a Home Owners Association's strict guidelines? Is it the fresh air? The peace and quiet?
Raydient Places + Properties, the company owns Rethink:Rural, decided to find out with the help of FGI Research, a marketing research firm. They tracked down more than 400 people who are seriously looking into buying rural land. Here is what those people said mattered to them:
